Floating Market
The famous Floating Market is a must stop in Thailand. It’s around 2 hours drive from Bangkok. But all that driving is worth it.
The whole experience of being there is just exhilarating! Souvenir and food stalls (or boats) selling a variety of things is everywhere! And yes, you can definitely make tawad or bargain with the prices. :)
FACT: There are 2 types of boats in the floating market, the one maneuvered by a paddle and the one driven by a motor. The cool thing about their motor boat is that it’s water powered. So no gasoline or whatever is needed to power the boat, just the river itself.
